Processing

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or over the weekend or on a public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Once your order leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Europe — complimentary express delivery

All orders to European countries are shipped with complimentary express delivery via DHL Express. Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. No minimum order value applies to free European delivery.

United Kingdom

We ship to the United Kingdom via DHL Express. Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. A flat shipping contribution of €14.90 applies to all orders outside Europe.

Please note: orders to the UK may be subject to import duties and VAT upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by UK Customs.

International — rest of world

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time and cost are calculated at checkout based on your destination. A flat shipping contribution of €14.90 applies to all orders outside Europe. International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, your local customs authority will contact you directly.

Please note: if you refuse to pay import taxes and your package is returned to us, any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking

All orders are fully tracked. Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order directly on the DHL website. If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us at info@nadadebajo.com.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@nadadebajo.com or WhatsApp +34 606 63 39 28 within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

VAT & taxes

All prices on nadadebajo.com include Spanish VAT (IVA) at 21%. For orders within the European Union, no additional taxes apply. For orders outside the EU, VAT is removed at checkout and local import taxes may apply on arrival.
