General conditions

Orders can only be placed by persons aged 18 or older.

You may not use our products for any illegal purpose.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, duplicate or exploit any product or content offered on this website without prior written consent from NADA DEBAJO S.L.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

We reserve the right to change the price of our products at any time without notice.

Placing an order

By placing an order on nadadebajo.com, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Before placing your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, total price and correct any input errors.

Please note that products in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed checkout and received an order confirmation email.

Order confirmation

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, product details, payment information and delivery details. This confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it is not an acceptance of the order.

Acceptance and shipping confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason without liability. Once an order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. The shipping confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.

NADA DEBAJO does not guarantee that all products shown on the website are in stock at the time of ordering. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by phone or email. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Colours and texture

We endeavour to describe and represent our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the individual colour settings of your screen, the colours and appearance of products shown on the website may differ slightly from their actual state. NADA DEBAJO cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Prices and VAT

All prices on nadadebajo.com include Spanish VAT (IVA) at 21%. Prices are subject to change at any time. We are not bound by a price until we have accepted your order by sending the shipping confirmation. If the price changes before we have accepted your order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, and store credit. All card transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Payment is debited when you place your order. We do not store payment card details in our database. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer.

Store credit is valid for two years from the date of issue. NADA DEBAJO will send a reminder email at least 3 months before expiry. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays, or 1 to 2 working days during busy periods. Dispatch times are from the moment of order confirmation and do not include delays caused by payment authorisation or by the shipping provider.

If NADA DEBAJO fails to deliver within 30 days of dispatch, you have the right to cancel the purchase. This does not apply to delays caused by third parties including the shipping provider, customs authorities, strikes or force majeure events. NADA DEBAJO will not be held responsible in such circumstances.

Right of revocation (EU consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer rights law, you have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@nadadebajo.com before the 14-day period expires.

Upon revocation, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your revocation. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Note: the right of revocation does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items.

Personalised items

Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed, unless they present a fundamental manufacturing defect. Personalised items will not be returned due to differences in colour or texture inherent to the materials.

Defective products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. Under Spanish and EU consumer law, you are entitled to claim for defective products for up to two years after receipt. You must notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. If we determine the product to be defective, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

My closet — resale programme terms

The My closet resale programme is available to customers who purchased their piece directly from NADA DEBAJO. By listing a piece for resale, you confirm that the garment is genuine, in wearable condition, and free from undisclosed damage. Store credit issued on resale does not expire, is non-transferable and has no cash value. NADA DEBAJO reserves the right to decline resale listings that do not meet condition requirements.

Items listed for resale are sold subject to the same terms and conditions. Both the original seller and the new buyer must accept these Terms and Conditions before completing a transaction.

Intellectual property

All content on nadadebajo.com — including text, images, design, branding, photography, trademarks and software — is the property of NADA DEBAJO S.L. or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission. Your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made on nadadebajo.com will be referred first to good-faith negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached within 15 days, disputes will be submitted to institutional arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the Bar Association of Barcelona (TACAB), in accordance with TACAB regulations, with arbitration conducted in Barcelona.

As required by EU law, NADA DEBAJO is registered with the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email for ODR purposes is info@nadadebajo.com.

Liability

NADA DEBAJO's liability in relation to any product purchased on our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not apply to claims relating to damage to health, body or life, or damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by NADA DEBAJO.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
