RETURNS

NADA DEBAJO has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund or exchange.

NADA DEBAJO will assume the costs of the return.

Process:

– Send an email to info@nadadebajo.com informing of the return, indicating: order number and the reason for the return.

– NADA DEBAJO will send you a shipping label that you will need to print and place on the package.

– Come to a DHL point and deliver the product with its original packaging, labels and all the accessories. You will not have to assume any shipping costs.

– When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and proceed with the refund using the same payment method. The refund may take up to 5 – 7 working days. 

Important:

– In no case we will refund the amount of the original shipping costs.

– We will not refund for damaged or broken items that are not due to a manufacturing defect.

EXCHANGES

NADA DEBAJO has a 14-day exchange policy: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund or exchange.

The customer will assume the shipping cost of the product to be returned and NADA DEBAJO will send the new product free of charge.

Process:

– Send an email to info@nadadebajo.com informing of the exchange. Indicating: order number and the reason for the exchange. We can only make exchanges of the same item in different sizes or other items that have the same price. 

– Send the product with its original packaging, labels and all the accessories to the address, indicating the order number on the inside:

– When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and proceed with the exchange.
